Can’t see the correct and incorrect word forms

When you importing a profile created by your colleague, correct and incorrect forms of a word are not displayed, because word forms are stored in a word form base, but not in a profile.

By default they are stored here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Palex\Verifika\terminology-default.vforms

If you want to pass the base on to another person, you have 3 options:

  • You may export the base by opening it on the Terminology tab (click a pencil icon). Word Form Editor opens, then click Export icon in the right bottom corner. The base exported in Excel format. Your colleague has to import the Excel base following the same steps.
  • You may copy the base and send your colleague. He/She needs to let Verifika know where the base is located by indicating the path before starting to check terminology. Just click on three dots (...) on the Terminology tab right below the Check button to select the word form base.
  • Teamwork with a database of word forms is also available for an LSP license. If you save the database to a network resource, multiple users can simultaneously work with it.
